WEATHER

July is the best time to enjoy Lisbon. It means being bathed in sunlight for a full twelve hours per day. With a climate influenced by the Gulf Stream, summers in Lisbon are very pleasant and warm without being too stuffy. Temperatures go from 18°c to 28°C, while rainfall is pretty rare with between 6 and 10mm of precipitation for the whole month, meaning a dry summer. The Atlantic Ocean remains a little chilly at 19°C, which gives a weather comfort index score of 78/100.
